What a day in the hall looks like
A full day means a weekday from 7 am to 5 pm. We suggest a seating layout to suit your programme. At the break your group steps out onto the terrace. You make the coffee yourself and pay separately according to the price list. Catering is on request.

Prices exclude VAT. The amount in brackets includes 25% VAT.

Use of the espresso machines is included in the rental. You make the coffee yourself: choose coffee per person or 1 kg of Lavazza beans at the market price confirmed in your quote. Catering is arranged and charged separately. Public parking is not included.

JESEN200 terms
Until 27 October 2026 or the first 50 customers who book, whichever comes first. We count confirmed customer bookings, rather than enquiries or event attendees.
Request the coupon from 28 September to 27 October 2026. Your event can be later, subject to a free date and written confirmation. It covers a new hall client’s first full weekday (Mon–Fri, 7 am–5 pm), once per client or company. It cannot be added to the multi-date or annual-payment discounts. We confirm eligibility in the offer.
Standard weekday hourly hire, 7 am–5 pm: €58 + VAT (72.50) per hour.
With JESEN40: €18 + VAT (22.50) per hour, at least 3 hours
For new clients, on every hour of the first weekday booking, 7 am–5 pm. Three hours total: €54 + VAT (67.50).

It cannot be combined with JESEN200 or any other discount. Staff confirms eligibility, price and availability in a written offer. An enquiry does not reserve a date. Running a course or workshop that repeats? Book 5 or more dates and you pay 10% less on every one. Put the dates you know in the form, or tell us how often you meet, say every second Tuesday. We check each date and write the discount into your offer.
It cannot be added to JESEN200 or JESEN40. You get whichever saves you more.
