Use of the espresso machines is included in the rental. You make the coffee yourself: choose coffee per person or 1 kg of Lavazza beans at the market price confirmed in your quote. Catering is arranged and charged separately. Public parking is not included.
Your first full day for €150 + VAT (187.50) instead of €350 + VAT (437.50)
New clients save €200 + VAT (250) on their first full weekday (Mon–Fri, 7 am–5 pm) with coupon JESEN200. You pay €150 + VAT (187.50). Until 27 October 2026 or the first 50 customers who book, whichever comes first. Your event can be later.
JESEN200 terms
Until 27 October 2026 or the first 50 customers who book, whichever comes first. We count confirmed customer bookings, rather than enquiries or event attendees.
Request the coupon from 28 September to 27 October 2026. Your event can be later, subject to a free date and written confirmation. It covers a new hall client’s first full weekday (Mon–Fri, 7 am–5 pm), once per client or company. It cannot be added to the multi-date or annual-payment discounts. We confirm eligibility in the offer.
Standard weekday hourly hire, 7 am–5 pm: €58 + VAT (72.50) per hour.
With JESEN40: €18 + VAT (22.50) per hour, at least 3 hours
For new clients, on every hour of the first weekday booking, 7 am–5 pm. Three hours total: €54 + VAT (67.50).

10% off when you book 5 or more dates
Running a course or workshop that repeats? Book 5 or more dates and you pay 10% less on every one. Put the dates you know in the form, or tell us how often you meet, say every second Tuesday. We check each date and write the discount into your offer.
It cannot be added to JESEN200 or JESEN40. You get whichever saves you more.

€40 + VAT (50) off every month for the first 12 months
Coupon JESEN40 takes €40 + VAT (50) a month off the standard price of any plan. It is open to the next 30 new clients who sign by 27 October 2026.
JESEN40 terms
The offer covers the next 30 new clients in total across all plans, with a contract signed from 28 September to 27 October 2026, or until all 30 places are taken, whichever comes first. Places are counted by signed contracts, not by enquiries. After 12 months the plan’s standard price applies. The coupon adds no minimum contract term. Once per client or company. It cannot be added to other discounts, including annual payment.
Basic

Scan
Everything in Basic. We open your post, scan it and email it to you, up to 30 items a month.

Complete
Everything in Scan, with unlimited scanning. We sign for and handle registered mail at no extra charge. Forwarding at cost.
Standard monthly: €109 + VAT (136.25)
With JESEN40, first 12 months: €69 + VAT (86.25) a month.
In Basic and Scan we sign for and handle registered mail at €5 + VAT (6.25) per letter.
Pay a year upfront and you get 10% off. This discount cannot be added to JESEN40.
How VAT is added
25% VAT is added to the price after any discount, on the invoice.
You can pay the invoice by bank transfer (IBAN) or with Revolut.
€350 + VAT (437.50) − €200 + VAT (250) = €150 + VAT (187.50).
