What is open right now

One programme is confirmed for now: Air Modul Basic (Amadeus Basic). It runs 23–27 November 2026, every day from 08:00 to 16:00, at the Travel & Technology Hub, Gacka 16, Zagreb. Price on enquiry. Students, unemployed people and pensioners are eligible for a 50% discount, and instalments are possible. The full description is on the course page.

Why you learn by doing

Picture sitting down at a reservation system for the first time, unable to read most of the abbreviations and labels on the screen, with nobody beside you to say what each one means. A book can explain a term. You see where mistakes happen only when you search a flight and build a reservation yourself. So the course pairs explanation with practice.

The material comes from people with more than 20 years of aviation and tourism experience, so your questions get answers drawn from the job itself.

An academy built around practice

The Academy at Gacka 16 brings together tourism and aviation training. The idea is simple: people who work in the industry, together with industry partners, pass knowledge on to those who need it. Travel Management Academy describes that approach. It grew out of two decades of tourism experience.

The Basic course is explained for beginners. The only prerequisite we state is good English.

What you receive at the end

The course ends with practical testing and a completion certificate issued by Ulix, an IATA-certified travel agency. The course gives you working knowledge of reservations and tickets.
