Robert Dacesin – of RIO priče sa putovanja, who also wrote a complete guide to Colombia and a travel book on three months of travelling through South America – will tell us why Colombia is the best country he's ever been to.
“Colombia is an increasingly popular destination. Some of that popularity is thanks to the series “Narcos” and its well-known character, the Colombian gangster, cocaine smuggler and leader of the Medellín cartel, Pablo Escobar. Comuna 13, the most famous neighbourhood in Medellín, used to be a place of crime, murder and bloodshed, and today is a place of music, dance and art well worth a visit. Everyone who visits agrees: Colombia used to be the most dangerous place, and today it's the most colourful.”
